TEAM CHONGI
As Kickstart is an introduction to Thai boxing for participants, it is important to have systems in place to ensure sustainability beyond our direct involvement. Kickstart considers such sustainability and aims at opening and offering as many opportunities as possible for children to reach their full potential through the local Thai boxing community club. Our approach is to create sustainable change by motivating the participants to become participants in the community club, mentors of the coaches within the club, representatives of the local club in interclub competitions or assisting with background work of the club.
